We use Capital Farms Arizona Corriente Beef, Frites Street Fries, & Martin's potato buns.

Our sauces are made in house using avocado oil, the fries are done in beef tallow, and the buns are toasted with butter
We politely decline modifications, also there is no ketchup in the building

Capital farms Arizona beef double patty, thinly sliced white onion, house made pickles, American cheese, hitter sauce, martin's potato bun. The Hitter sauce consists of mayo, relish, grey poupon mustard, white wine vinegar, yellow onion and minced white onion.

SOUTHPAW

Capital farms Arizona beef double patty, mushrooms sautéed with shallot, garlic, and thyme, then reduced with beef stock, topped with swiss cheese and house mayo on a martin's potato bun.

UPPERCUT

Capital farms Arizona beef double patty, pickled red onions, pepper jack cheese, serrano and jalapeño peppers, knockout sauce, martin's potato bun. The knockout sauce consists of mayo, chipotle in adobo, fresh garlic, Serrano peppers, chicken bullion, white wine vinegar and white onion.
